Spotsize and Pitch Converter
Our planar lightwave interposers provide the freedom to remove tapering sections from high contrast planar lightwave circuit (PLC) technology, such as InP or Silicon-on-Isolator (SOI). This way, the often complicated and footprint consuming tapering structures can be avoided, reducing the overall costs.
The interposer is based on our established and patented TriPleXTM waveguide technology. The module can be delivered with a SMF28 fiber-array or with a Polarization Maintaining fiber- array. Alternatively the interposer can be delivered as a bare PLC chip without any fibers attached
